Existing building renovation and addition.

The scope of this project entailed the expansion of their existing meeting room, enlarging the kitchen area, developing a new rear entrance complete with accessible ramps which enclose a small courtyard just off the new rear porch. Repair and replacement of the roof, removal of an existing front dormer, developing a new front building elevation, installing new siding, and new larger windows for aesthetics as well as light.
